I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great and offers plenty of nearby shops and cafes, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, with noticeable bleach stains. The service was friendly for the most part, but the bar manager was quite rude, which was uncomfortable. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are definitely needed.
